Governing Law: Republic of South Africa

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing reactai.site or utilizing any ReactAI services (including but not limited to the Neural Core RAG platform and Data Digitization Lab), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind said entity to these terms.

02. Service Definitions

  • "Neural Core"Proprietary RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) intelligence environments hosted by ReactAI.
  • "Digitization Lab"Proprietary physical-to-digital data ingestion, OCR processing, and vector formatting services.

03. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

Client Data (Input)

The Client retains 100% ownership of all proprietary data, documents, and archives ingested into a Neural Core. ReactAI claims no rights to Client Input.

Neural Output

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Enterprise SLA, all AI-generated outputs (textual responses, insights) are licensed to the Client for internal use upon payment.

Digitization Assets

All intermediate OCR structures, proprietary vector embeddings, and cleaned datasets prepared by the Lab remain licensed to the Client for use within the Neural Core.

04. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The Client agrees not to use ReactAI services to:

  • Generate or disseminate deepfakes for malicious, deceptive, or defamatory purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code or training data of any ReactAI proprietary model.
  • Utilize the Neural Core to process "High-Risk" personal data (e.g., medical records, criminal history) without explicit written authorization and additional security vetting.

05. Service Levels & Liability (SLA)

Uptime

While we target 99.9% uptime via our Tier 3 colocation at Teraco, ReactAI shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by national grid failure, upstream fiber breaks, or scheduled infrastructure maintenance.

AI Accuracy

AI outputs are probabilistic. ReactAI does not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content. The Client assumes all risk for decisions made based on AI output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ReactAI’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

06. Data Sovereignty & POPIA

ReactAI warrants that all Neural Core data is processed on servers physically located within the Republic of South Africa. We comply with all POPIA mandates regarding data isolation and security safeguards. The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to process any personal information they ingest into the system.

07. Fees & Termination

  • PaymentServices are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Data RetrievalUpon termination of a Neural Core agreement, the Client has thirty (30) days to export their vectorized data, after which ReactAI will perform a "Secure Wipe" of the isolated VPC in accordance with our security protocols.
