01. Introduction

ReactAI (Pty) Ltd ("we," "us," or "the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is processed lawfully and transparently. This policy explains how we collect, manage, and protect data across our Persona Foundry and Neural Core ecosystems in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

02. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide our high-fidelity AI services and secure enterprise intelligence.

  • Client Data: Name, business contact details, and billing information.
  • Neural Core Ingestion: Legacy physical records, digital archives, and corporate SOPs provided for "Data Digitization" and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) indexing.
  • Persona Assets: Voice clips or reference imagery provided for custom synthetic model creation.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and session data via our secure, locally hosted infrastructure.

03. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal information only for the following lawful purposes:

  • Infrastructure ProvisioningTo architect and host your private Neural Core environment.
  • Service DeliveryTo perform manual data digitization and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tasks.
  • Synthetic Content CreationTo generate and maintain consistent AI personas for brand ambassadors.
  • Security & ComplianceTo monitor system health at our Teraco facility and ensure data integrity.

04. AI Ethics & Automated Decision Making (Section 71)

In compliance with Section 71 of POPIA, we declare the following:

Human-in-the-loop

Our AI systems are designed for Augmentation, not total autonomy. No decision that has a significant legal or financial impact on a data subject is made solely by an automated system without human oversight.

No Global Training

We explicitly do not use proprietary client data ingested into a Neural Core to train global "Foundation Models." Your data stays within your isolated VPC (Virtual Private Cloud).

05. Security Safeguards

ReactAI maintains "Industrial Grade" security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data leaks:

  • Physical Security: Hardware is colocated in Tier 3/4 South African data centers with biometric access and 24/7 surveillance.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 protocols.
  • Power Resilience: Our local R&D Skunkworks and Teraco nodes are protected by industrial-grade energy redundancy (UPS/Inverters) to ensure data persistence during grid instability.

06. Data Sovereignty & Hosting

All personal information is stored and processed on servers located within the Republic of South Africa. We do not transfer your personal information across borders unless the recipient country offers a level of protection at least equal to POPIA, or we have obtained your explicit consent.

07. Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:
